- Sales Tax
- Nautical Bay LLC charges sales tax to Ohio and Georgia residents for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the County location to which the order is being shipped.
- Warranties
- Nautical Bay LLC offers a 1 Year warranty on all our Lighthouse Utility Towers. Warranty covers against chipping, cracking, peeling or excessive fading. All metal components are warrantied for the same 1 year period against excessive rust or pitting of material or powder coating. Solar Panel is warrantied for same 1 year period against failure of illumination or any other failure. All returns will be replaced at our expense should an issue meeting the parameters of this warranty.
- Return Policy
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Lighthouse Utility Tower, you may return the product within 30 Days of receipt of your Lighthouse. Product must be returned in original carton. All damage claims must be noted upon reciept and will not be accepted after 30 day period. Nautical Bay LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
